Terms of Service
Last updated: September 29, 2026
The agreement that covers ordering, hosting, and using a Proof Page from Proofzi.
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Proofzi. By ordering a Proof Page, signing in to the operator tools, or using a Proof Page we host, you agree to these terms. If you order on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.
2. The service
Proofzi builds a done-for-you mobile Proof Page from the materials a client provides and hosts it for a monthly fee on the Basic or Pro plan. The service includes building the page, hosting it, and making managed updates as described for each plan.
The service is not a hiring or lead marketplace, not a missed-call or SMS automation product, and not a CRM. We host your page and deliver the inquiries it receives; we do not sell leads or manage your customer relationships.
3. Pricing, billing, and delivery
Current launch pricing is:
- Pro: $299 setup, then $79 per month.
- Basic: $199 setup, then $49 per month.
- The setup fee includes the first month of hosting. Hosting is billed monthly after that, starting when the first included month ends.
- Custom domain: add-on, ask us.
- Done for you in 5–7 business days after we receive your materials.
- The price shown when you order applies to your order. We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice.
- We invoice you directly; payment methods and timing are confirmed when you order. If an invoice stays unpaid, we may unpublish the page until it is settled.
4. Client responsibilities
As a client you agree to:
- Provide accurate materials, including business details, licensing or credential claims, and service areas, and keep them current.
- Hold the rights or permission needed for every photo, logo, review, and testimonial you supply, including permission from people shown in photos.
- Review and approve your page before it is published, and tell us promptly about anything that must be corrected.
- Use the page lawfully and not supply content that is misleading, infringing, or unlawful.
5. Inquiries from visitors
Estimate and contact forms on a Proof Page are inquiries sent to the contractor or business whose page they appear on. Any quote, job, contract, or payment that follows is solely between that business and the visitor. We are not a party to those dealings, we do not verify visitors, and we are not responsible for the work performed or the outcome.
6. Intellectual property
Proofzi owns the platform, templates, designs, and code that render Proof Pages. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer them.
You keep ownership of the materials you provide. You grant us a license to host, reproduce, resize, and display those materials for the purpose of building and running your page for as long as the service is active. We will not feature your page in our own marketing without your permission.
7. No guarantees and limitation of liability
A Proof Page is a presentation of your business. Proofzi does not guarantee any number of inquiries, leads, customers, or revenue, and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proofzi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to Proofzi in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the page stays live until then. Monthly hosting fees already paid are not refunded, and the setup fee is non-refundable once work on your page has started.
After cancellation we unpublish the page and handle your materials as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end the service for non-payment or for a breach of these terms, with notice where practical.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, after a good-faith attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us first.
10. General
These terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Proofzi about the service. We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept it. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
